Houston road rage shooting leaves one truck driver injured
In southwest Houston, police are investigating a road rage shooting involving two truck drivers. The incident occurred on Wednesday near Fondren Road and the Southwest Freeway. The Houston Police Department (HPD) received a 911 call about the shooting. Two men, one in a black Ford truck and the other in a maroon Ford King Ranch truck, reportedly got into a dispute while driving on I-610. Both drivers were armed, and they exchanged gunfire during the confrontation. The driver of the black truck was shot and later stopped next to Houston Christian University to call for help. Police arrived at the scene and found heavy activity near a bank parking lot on Fondren. Authorities are still trying to determine who started the fight.
