Huma Qureshi rents luxury villa in Mumbai for ₹10 lakh

Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi and her brother Saqib Qureshi have rented a luxury villa in Mumbai's Juhu area for ₹10 lakh per month. The villa covers 3,370 square feet and is located in the Equest Condominium on Juhu Tara Road. The property belongs to Impact Films Pvt Ltd. It features a swimming pool, a garden, and an extra 2,654 square feet of basement space. The villa includes parking for four cars. The ground floor is 1,245 square feet, the first floor is 1,011 square feet, and the terrace is 1,112 square feet. The rental agreement was registered on February 25, 2025. It includes a security deposit of ₹30 lakh and a rental term of five years, starting from March 20, 2025. The deal has a 48-month lock-in period, and there will be a rent increase of 10% after the first three years. Huma Qureshi is known for her roles in films like "Gangs of Wasseypur" and "Maharani." Her brother, Saqib Saleem, has appeared in movies including "Dishoom" and "83." Juhu is a popular area for many Bollywood stars, who own various properties there.
