ICA building closes April 1; new centre opens April 7

The Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) will close its current building permanently on April 1. A new services centre will open on April 7 at 2 Crawford Street, next to the existing location. The new centre will operate Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Urgent requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis until the closure. Public parking will not be available until 2027, but there will be a drop-off point. The new centre aims to streamline services, allowing transactions at a single location.
