ICC prosecutor seeks arrest warrants for Israel's Netanyahu and Hamas leaders

ICC prosecutor Karim Khan requested arrest warrants for Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu, Defence Minister Yoav Gallant, and three Hamas leaders over alleged war crimes in Gaza. The court has no means to enforce warrants. Israel and the US oppose the investigation. The ICC has never indicted a Western official before.
