ICC seeks warrants for Netanyahu, Hamas leaders for war crimes

The International Criminal Court prosecutor's office seeks arrest warrants for Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu, Defence Minister Yoav Gallant, and three Hamas leaders for war crimes and crimes against humanity. A team of experts in international law is involved. The ICC has not issued such warrants before. Former US ambassador David Scheffer believes there is a fair likelihood of the warrants being granted. The decision is pending approval from a panel of judges.
