ICICI Lombard to hold board meeting on April 15

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company will hold a board meeting on April 15, 2025, to discuss its financial results for the fourth quarter of FY25 and the entire financial year. The company will also consider a final dividend for FY25 during this meeting. The announcement led to a nearly 4% rise in the company's share price on Monday, reaching ₹1,790.95 per share. ICICI Lombard's interim dividend for FY25 was set at ₹5.5 per equity share in October 2024. Earlier, a final dividend of ₹6 per share was announced in June 2024. For the third quarter of FY25, ICICI Lombard reported a net profit increase of 67.9%, reaching ₹724.4 crore. This was up from ₹431.5 crore in the same quarter last year. However, the gross premium for the third quarter fell slightly by 0.3% to ₹6,214 crore. As of December 31, 2024, the company's solvency ratio stood at 2.36x, which is above the regulatory requirement of 1.50x.
