Iflar celebration held at Museum of Science & History
The Museum of Science & History is hosting its second annual Iflar dinner on March 24. This event is in partnership with The Atlantic Institute and The Istanbul Center. The Iflar dinner celebrates the end of the daily fast during Ramadan, a significant month for Muslims around the world. The event is part of MOSH's 2024-2025 Passport Series. This series aims to educate the public about the history, art, and cultural contributions of the Northeast Florida region. Emre Mese from The Istanbul Center will emcee the dinner. There will also be a Q&A session where attendees can learn more about Ramadan traditions and history. The dinner is set to take place from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Tickets are available for $15.
