Azalea revealed that UMG offered her a settlement of $18,000, which she believes is far below what she is owed. She criticized UMG's treatment of artists, calling them "criminals" for taking advantage of their earnings. UMG has not responded to Azalea's claims. This situation follows previous allegations against the label regarding royalty payments, including a lawsuit from Limp Bizkit. Azalea has been independent since leaving UMG in 2018.
