Imran Khan authorizes PTI leaders to negotiate with establishment and calls for protest participation
Imran Khan has authorized top leaders of his party, PTI, to negotiate with the establishment. He warned party members to join a protest on November 24 or leave the party. Khan emphasized that those not aligned with PTI's ideology should resign. Khan also expressed readiness for dialogue, setting three conditions: the return of PTI's "stolen mandate," reversal of a constitutional amendment, and the release of political prisoners. His sister confirmed that some party leaders sought permission to engage in talks. In a separate legal matter, Khan and his wife requested an accountability court to summon 16 witnesses, including a former cabinet secretary, in a £190 million corruption case. They claim these witnesses were initially part of the investigation but were later excluded by the prosecution.
