India achieves satellite docking milestone as ISRO completes successful operation

India's space agency, ISRO, successfully completed a satellite docking process, making India the fourth country to achieve this milestone. Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated ISRO, calling it a significant step for future space missions. The docking, part of the Space Docking Experiment (SpaDeX), involved precise maneuvers and successful capture of two satellites. ISRO confirmed that control of the satellites as a single object was achieved. Union Minister Jitendra Singh noted that this success supports future missions, including the Bharatiya Antriksha Station and Chandrayaan-4. The docking system used is entirely indigenous.
