Indian Coast Guard celebrates passing-out parade for 36 new Assistant Commandants

A passing-out parade for 36 Assistant Commandants from the 78th and 79th batches of the Indian Coast Guard took place at the Indian Coast Guard Training Centre. They completed a course focused on maritime law, search and rescue, and marine pollution control. The trainees also received specialized training in fisheries technology and customs control. The program emphasized practical knowledge and critical thinking skills necessary for their roles at sea. Inspector General Iqbal Singh Chauhan reviewed the parade. Assistant Commandants Tulsidas Bharadwaj and Ravi Kumar received the "Director General Sword of Honour" for their top performance in their respective batches.
