Indian companies to launch multiple electric motorcycles soon
Hero MotoCorp, Revolt Motors, and Royal Enfield are set to launch nearly five electric motorcycles in India over the next year. This move aims to tap into the growing interest in electric vehicles, especially among young riders. Royal Enfield will debut its first electric motorcycle, The Flying Flea C6, in early 2026. Hero MotoCorp is collaborating with Zero Motorcycles to introduce a premium model, while Revolt Motors plans to expand its electric offerings, responding to rising demand. Currently, electric motorcycles have a minimal market share in India, dominated by scooters. Companies like Revolt and Ultraviolette are leading the way, with Revolt expecting significant sales growth in the coming years.
