Indian designers highlight culture and sustainability in Moscow

The Fourth Moscow Fashion Week was held from March 13 to 18, 2025, at the Manege Central Exhibition Hall. This event showcased many collections from both Russian and international designers. The collection featured Khadi, a sustainable fabric with deep roots in Indian history. It combined traditional elements with modern design, emphasizing the importance of sustainability in fashion. The integration of Khadi received positive feedback from an international audience. The presence of Indian designers helped strengthen the cultural connection between India and Russia. The event attracted around 200 industry professionals, including designers and buyers. They had the chance to explore the latest trends on the runway. Additionally, the World Fashion Shorts festival featured short films from multiple countries, adding to the cultural experience. As Moscow Fashion Week concluded, it reaffirmed its significance in the fashion world, highlighting the vital role played by Indian designers.
