Inter Kashi leads Shillong Lajong; Dempo defeats Aizawl FC

In today's I-League matches, Inter Kashi is leading Shillong Lajong thanks to a goal from Nikola Stojanovic. If Inter Kashi wins, they will tie in points with the current leader, Churchill Brothers. However, Churchill Brothers will still stay on top because of a better goal difference. Dempo Sports Club had a strong performance against Aizawl FC, winning 5-2. Trinidad and Tobago striker Marcus Joseph scored three goals, completing a hat-trick. Pruthvesh Pednekar and Vinay Vijay Harji also contributed to Dempo's victory with goals of their own. For Aizawl FC, Zothanpuia and Lalbiakdika managed to score, but it was not enough. With this win, Dempo now has 25 points from 20 matches, improving their standing in the league. Aizawl FC, on the other hand, is in serious trouble with only 19 points. They are currently in 11th place and face the possibility of relegation.
