Interior designer Edward Yedid arrested for DUI after Christmas Day crash in East Hampton
Edward Yedid, a luxury interior designer, was arrested for driving under the influence after crashing his Porsche into another vehicle in East Hampton on Christmas Day. He failed sobriety tests, but no serious injuries were reported. Yedid, 46, co-founded the design firm Grade New York and is known for his upscale work. He allegedly told the other driver, "Sorry, my car just accelerates really quickly," after the crash. He faces multiple charges, including driving while intoxicated and unreasonable speed. Yedid is scheduled to appear in court for arraignment on January 8.
