Intoxicated neighbor arrested for loud music in Olmsted Township
A resident in Olmsted Township called police around 1 am on March 14. He reported that his neighbor was playing loud music in his driveway. When officers arrived, they found the man was drunk and had an outstanding arrest warrant. Police arrested him and took him to jail. On the same day, officers responded to a two-car accident on Fitch Road. Emergency medical services checked one person involved in the crash but no serious injuries were reported. Later that day, officers stopped a vehicle on Sprague Road for a traffic violation. The driver did not pass sobriety tests and was arrested. Her car was towed from the scene. On March 16, another traffic stop occurred on Columbia Road. An officer noticed a plastic baggie with white residue in the driver's cupholder. While the officer checked the driver's license, the bag was moved. The driver confessed to having cocaine and drug paraphernalia. More white powder was found and will be tested. Charges are pending the lab results.
