A key Tesla investor is calling for Elon Musk to resign as the company's CEO. The investor believes Tesla needs a new leader. "It's time for somebody to run Tesla," he said. He noted that the company has faced challenges and has not been doing well under Musk’s management. Tesla's market value has dropped significantly, losing over $800 billion since December. Demand for electric cars is struggling in key markets, and competition from cheaper Chinese models is increasing. Gerber, who has sold many Tesla shares recently, commented that the company is in crisis. He believes Musk's focus on other jobs and his controversial social media posts have harmed Tesla's reputation.
