IP University launches chatbot for admission queries

IP University has introduced an Admission Chatbot Service to assist prospective students. This service aims to provide immediate answers to questions about admission to various programs for the upcoming session. The chatbot is available on the university's main website, ipu.ac.in. It uses artificial intelligence to respond accurately and quickly to admission-related inquiries, according to Prof. Udayan Ghosh, who oversees the admission process. The deadline for submitting online applications for all programs is March 31, 2025. The chatbot is designed to help applicants find the information they need in a convenient manner. Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Mahesh Verma highlighted that this initiative was created with applicants' ease in mind.
