ISC reports record revenue of $247.4 million in 2024
Information Services Corporation (ISC) has reported strong financial results for 2024, achieving record revenue of $247.4 million and adjusted EBITDA of $90.3 million. The company noted high transaction values in the Saskatchewan Land Titles Registry and significant revenue growth in its Services segment. Shawn Peters, ISC’s President and CEO, expressed confidence in the company’s future growth. He mentioned that 2024 marked the first year of a five-year plan to double ISC's revenue and adjusted EBITDA by 2028. The company anticipates ongoing organic growth in 2025, supported by past trends and a careful approach to mergers and acquisitions. In its Registry Operations, ISC expects a stable real estate market in Saskatchewan, predicting a 2 to 3 percent increase in land registry volumes. Additionally, the company foresees an uptick in the fair market value of real estate transfers. In the Services sector, the Regulatory Solutions division is expected to grow, thanks to increased due diligence demands from financial institutions. ISC also plans to expand its Recovery Solutions division while managing anticipated challenges from changes in the Ontario Business Registry. Looking ahead, ISC forecasts 2025 revenue between $257.0 million and $267.0 million, with adjusted EBITDA ranging from $89.0 million to $97.0 million. The company expects to generate strong free cash flow to help reduce its debt levels. ISC will hold an investor conference call on March 18, 2025, to discuss these results. The company trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol ISC and is dedicated to providing registry and information management services.
