Isro successfully docks SpaDex satellites, making India fourth in the world to achieve this milestone

This follows a previous attempt where the satellites were brought within three meters of each other. The docking was part of the Space Docking Experiment (SpaDeX) program, which aims to demonstrate in-space docking technology. The mission was launched on December 30, 2024, using a PSLV rocket to place the satellites into orbit. Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Isro for this achievement, highlighting its significance for India's future space missions. The SpaDeX mission is designed to be a cost-effective technology demonstrator for satellite docking.
