ISRO to launch PSLV-C59 for PROBA-3 mission today from Sriharikota
The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is set to launch the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV)-C59 for the PROBA-3 mission today, December 4, 2024, at 4:08 PM from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh. The PSLV-C59 will carry around 550 kg of satellites into a highly elliptical orbit. This mission is an "In-Orbit Demonstration" conducted by the European Space Agency (ESA). ISRO announced that the launch will be streamed live on its official YouTube channel, highlighting the collaboration between ISRO and ESA.
