ISRO YUVIKA 2025 registration ends March 23, 2025
The registration for ISRO's Young Scientist Programme, known as YUVIKA 2025, will close tomorrow, March 23, 2025. Students wishing to apply can do so at the official website, jigyasa.iirs.gov.in. YUVIKA is designed to educate school children about space technology, science, and applications. The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) aims to inspire young students to explore career paths in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). This initiative promotes early interest in these important fields. To qualify for YUVIKA 2025, applicants will be selected based on several criteria. These include their performance in Class 8 exams, participation in online quizzes, and involvement in science fairs over the last three years. Other factors include ranks in Olympiads and achievements in sports competitions, as well as membership in organizations like Scouts and Guides or NCC. Key dates for the programme include the release of the first selection list on April 7, 2025, and the reporting date for selected students at ISRO centres on May 18, 2025. The YUVIKA programme will run from May 19 to May 30, 2025.
