Iyanu: Child of Wonder Library Edition releases in August

Dark Horse Comics and YouNeek Studios are excited to announce the release of a new Library Edition of their popular graphic novel series, Iyanu: Child of Wonder. This collection includes Volume 1 and will be available in bookstores and comic shops starting in August. Iyanu: Child of Wonder follows a teenage orphan named Iyanu, who uncovers powerful abilities tied to ancient folklore. These powers are crucial for her quest to save a world on the brink of destruction from corrupt forces. The story draws inspiration from Yoruba culture and myths, and it features work by Roye Okupe, Godwin Akpan, and others. The series has gained several awards and is set to become an animated show on Cartoon Network and Max. The animated adaptation will premiere on April 5th. Michael Ouweleen, President of Cartoon Network, praised the dedication and effort of the creators in bringing this unique and magical world to life. Iyanu: Child of Wonder Library Edition Volume 1 will be released in hardcover on August 19th in bookstores and August 20th in comic shops.
