Jaipur enhances cleanliness efforts for Swachhta survey

Jaipur's municipal corporations have intensified cleanliness efforts as the Swachhta Survekshan 2024 inspection team arrives. The team will stay for five to six days, conducting a confidential survey of the city's cleanliness. To prepare, authorities canceled sanitation workers' weekly holiday, leading to significant cleaning in various areas. Residents noted improvements, especially in areas that had been neglected for months. Additionally, the JMC-H opened the ‘Waste-to-Wonder' Park, created from scrap materials. This park transformed a former dumping ground into a green space, providing a new public area for residents.
