The filmmakers want to add more fun elements, leading to additional shooting for wedding scenes. The director, Shashank Khaitan, aims to enhance the movie further. He has worked with both stars on hit films in the past. "Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari" will also feature Sanya Malhotra and Rohit Saraf in significant roles. The film is co-produced by well-known names in the industry, including Karan Johar.
