The house has five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, measuring 2,530 square feet. Vance and his wife, Usha, purchased the home in February 2023 for $1.63 million. The home, built in 1925, features a mix of vintage style and modern upgrades, including custom built-ins and a woodburning fireplace. The main floor has a stylish kitchen, a dining area, and a half bath, while the upper floor includes a luxurious primary suite with an office space. Outside, there is a paved driveway leading to a custom garage and a backyard that connects to Judy Lowe Community Park. After selling the property, the Vance family has moved to the vice presidential residence and continues to own their home in Cincinnati, Ohio.
