Jennie achieves highest debut on Billboard's Global charts

BLACKPINK member JENNIE has made a strong debut on Billboard's global charts with her new song "like JENNIE." It has opened at No. 3 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart and No. 5 on the Global 200 chart. This marks another successful entry for JENNIE among her bandmates. Last week, LISA had the highest new entry on the Global Excl. U.S. chart with her song "FXCK Up the World," featuring Future. The previous two weeks saw JENNIE and Jisoo also score high new entries. This means BLACKPINK solo projects have claimed the top new song position for five straight weeks. Overall, the four members have produced a large number of solo hits. They have achieved at least one top 20 debut in 11 of the past 23 weeks. In total, they have 29 solo entries on the Global Excl. U.S. chart, including four that reached No. 1. Their songs have not only been numerous but also successful. For example, LISA's "Rockstar" was a top hit for five months. Meanwhile, JENNIE's "Mantra" saw a significant jump in its rankings over time. Rosé’s song "APT." has been especially popular, leading the charts for 17 weeks non-consecutively. All four members have been focusing on their solo projects. Each has released music recently and has also been involved in television roles, contributing to their global visibility. BLACKPINK is set for a world tour starting on July 5, with dates across Asia, Europe, and North America. Their previous tour was highly profitable, and expectations are high for this upcoming tour as well.
