JENNIE's "Ruby" debuts at No. 2 on Billboard

JENNIE’s debut album, Ruby, has entered Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart at No. 2. In the week ending March 13, the album sold 26,500 copies in the U.S. She is the second member of BLACKPINK to reach this milestone as a solo artist, following LISA, whose album Alter Ego debuted at No. 1 earlier this month. Lady Gaga's new album, MAYHEM, debuted at No. 1 with impressive sales of 136,000 copies. This is her eighth No. 1 album. Other new releases in the top 10 include Jason Isbell, Spiritbox, Noah Kahan, and tobyMac. The Top Album Sales chart ranks albums based on traditional sales. Ruby was released as a nine-track digital album and later expanded to a 15-song physical edition. It features guest stars like FKJ and others in the deluxe version. In addition to JENNIE and Lady Gaga, Jason Isbell’s Foxes In the Snow debuted at No. 3, and Spiritbox’s Tsunami Sea entered at No. 4. Noah Kahan's Live From Fenway Park debuted at No. 5 after being released on vinyl. Kendrick Lamar’s GNX dropped from No. 1 to No. 6, while Sabrina Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet fell to No. 7. Chappell Roan’s The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess is at No. 8, and Doechii’s Alligator Bites Never Heal climbed to No. 9. tobyMac's Heaven On My Mind rounded out the top 10.
