JEPC encourages Jharkhand schools to join WAVES summit

The Jharkhand Education Project Council (JEPC) is encouraging schools in Jharkhand to get students involved in the upcoming World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit (WAVES) 2025 and the Create in India Challenge (CIC) Season-1. These events will take place from May 1 to May 4, 2025, at the Jio World Convention Center in Mumbai. The Create in India Challenge is a new initiative by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. It aims to boost innovation in the media and entertainment sectors. There will be 25 competitions related to areas like animation, filmmaking, gaming, music, and visual arts. Winners will have the chance to showcase their work on both national and international stages. To support student participation, JEPC has shared information through Google Drive links with schools. They have also provided guidance to teachers to encourage students to join. Additionally, JEPC has launched a social media campaign to raise awareness about the competition.
