JioStar boosts IPL 2025 advertising with Brand Spotlight
JioStar is ramping up its advertising campaign for the IPL 2025 season. They are launching the second edition of Brand Spotlight to make sure brands get maximum visibility during the high-energy first six overs of the matches. This year, the initiative will also include TV advertising, reaching a wider audience than before. The opening match of the IPL is a major event in India, and JioStar aims to create an advertising moment similar to the Super Bowl. Many well-known brands such as My11Circle, GPay, and Sprite are participating in this advertising opportunity. By targeting this specific time when viewers are most engaged, JioStar hopes to create memorable campaigns. Ishan Chatterjee, a senior executive at JioStar, explained that the Brand Spotlight gives companies a unique platform to connect with millions of fans. They believe it will set a new standard for premium advertising in India. For the first time, JioHotstar will have a special section for Brand Spotlight. This will feature leaders from brands sharing behind-the-scenes insights into their advertising strategies during the IPL. Last year, six major companies used this unique advertising format during the IPL opener for excellent visibility and engagement.
