Joel Embiid returns to play with mask after sinus fracture injury
Joel Embiid is wearing a mask to protect a sinus fracture he sustained during a game against the Pacers on December 13. He was injured when an opposing player accidentally elbowed him in the face. After missing one game, Embiid returned on December 20, scoring 34 points while wearing the mask. He will continue to play with the mask until his injury heals.
