Jonah Hill to direct and star in 'Cut Off' comedy
Jonah Hill is set to direct and star in a new comedy film called "Cut Off" for Warner Bros. The project has received a $10 million tax credit from California and is expected to start filming later this year. The film focuses on fraternal twins whose wealthy parents decide to stop providing them with financial support. The cast for the movie has not yet been confirmed. Hill recently finished production on another film called "Outcome," which features actors Keanu Reeves, Cameron Diaz, and Matt Bomer. This film will be released later in the year. He is producing "Cut Off" through his company, Strong Baby, which is also involved in other projects, including a series led by Benito Skinner for Amazon.
