Judd couple lists renovated Arthurs Seat home for sale
Bec and Chris Judd are selling their newly renovated home on the Mornington Peninsula for up to $3 million. The couple bought the house during winter in 2016. At that time, they were surprised to learn they were expecting twins. They realized they needed more space for their growing family. The Judds initially planned to transform the old three-bedroom house into a large six-bedroom ranch. However, as their twins grew into toddlers, managing the renovation amid family chaos felt overwhelming. They decided to list the house on Airbnb instead and enjoyed visiting the area on weekends. Recently, Bec, who is a self-taught interior designer, took charge of a fast renovation. Alongside builder Dale Cheesman, they completed major updates in less than four months. Bec used design software to visualize her ideas and worked closely with a skilled team. The home now features luxury finishes, including a stunning kitchen countertop made from quartzite stone. The decor reflects a stylish country vibe, aimed to impress visitors. The surrounding gardens are designed by landscape architect Nathan Burkett and include a heated pool and entertaining areas with beautiful views. Despite the impressive renovations, the family has not enjoyed many weekends at their new retreat due to their kids' busy sports schedules. This is one of the reasons why the Judds are putting the house up for sale. Bec also wants to focus on more design projects, aiming to flip houses as a career. She is excited about using her experience and bringing new visions to life.
