Julian Reese is the brother of Angel Reese

Julian Reese is the younger brother of WNBA star Angel Reese. Julian plays for the Maryland Terrapins as a starting forward. The Terrapins are set to compete against Grand Canyon in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Julian, 21, and Angel, 22, are both close in age and played high school basketball at St. Frances Academy in Baltimore. They both went on to play college basketball at Maryland, following their mother who also played at UMBC. Their mother raised them as a single mom and inspired their basketball talent and hard work. As a senior, Julian is part of a successful team known as the "Crab Five." This season, he is averaging 13.1 points and leading the team with 9.0 rebounds per game. He had a strong junior season as well, helping to solidify his reputation in college basketball. Angel Reese had notable success at Maryland before transferring to LSU, where she won a national championship in 2023. She was drafted by the Chicago Sky in 2024. Both siblings have showcased their talents on the court, with Julian now looking to advance in the NCAA Tournament while Angel watches from the sidelines.
