Julie Stewart-Binks has filed a lawsuit against Fox Sports and executive Charlie Dixon, accusing him of sexually assaulting her in 2016. The lawsuit claims Dixon coerced her into his hotel room under false pretenses and assaulted her. Stewart-Binks alleges that during the encounter, Dixon made derogatory comments about her abilities and attempted to kiss her against her will. She states that the incident caused her significant emotional distress. In response, Fox Sports said the allegations are from over eight years ago and that they previously investigated the matter. Stewart-Binks was motivated to come forward after another former employee filed a similar lawsuit against Dixon.
