Julien Alfred and Letsile Tebogo win top athlete honors at ANOC 2024 awards in Portugal

Julien Alfred and Letsile Tebogo were named the best male and female athletes at the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) awards on October 30 in Cascais, Portugal.
