Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab luxury resort opens in Dubai
The Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab resort has officially opened in Dubai, just ahead of Eid Al Fitr. This luxury resort features 300 rooms and 86 suites, designed with a futuristic superyacht theme. It is the latest addition by the Jumeirah Group, joining the famous Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Burj Al Arab. The resort was designed by architect Shaun Killa, well-known for creating Dubai's Museum of the Future. It adds 386 rooms to the city's hospitality offerings, including stunning penthouses. Guests will enjoy amazing views of both the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline. Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab hosts 11 restaurants, four bars, a three-storey spa, and four swimming pools. It also has a private beach and a marina for superyachts. The resort is located next to the Burj Al Arab, making it a prime destination in Dubai. The property offers residential options, including one, two, and three-bedroom residences. It aims to provide an elegant beachfront living experience. Special packages are available for UAE residents and GCC visitors. The resort is a significant part of Dubai's luxury tourism scene, with a total project cost of $1.72 billion.
