Juno probe captures high-res images of Europa's surface

Summary: NASA's Juno spacecraft captured evidence of potential water vapor plumes on Jupiter's moon Europa in September 2022. The spacecraft took high-resolution images using JunoCam and the Stellar Reference Unit, revealing a unique feature nicknamed "the Platypus." This chaos terrain spans 37km by 67km and is believed to be one of the youngest features on Europa, hinting at present-day surface activity and subsurface liquid water. Europa's shifting surface also shows signs of "true polar wander."
