During a recent visit, Lake and her companion had a tense confrontation with a club goer believed to be a Democrat. Witnesses say her associate displayed a rude gesture during the altercation, which locals noted violated the club's decorum. Membership at Ned's is pricey, and it has strict rules, including no firearms—something Lake has previously advocated for. When asked about the incident, Lake denied having an aide. The club has not commented on the situation.
