This updated manual includes new trends and tools to help police combat rising cyber threats. The summit, organized by the Centre for Cybercrime Investigation Training and Research, gathered over 200 police officers for training on cyber threats. It featured discussions, a masterclass on cyber laws, and simulations for handling ransomware attacks. In addition to the manual, two other publications were launched: a guide on digital financial crimes and the CCITR Annual Report 2024-25.
