KCCI requests deadline extension due to Eid holidays

The Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) has asked for more time to renew memberships because of the upcoming Eidul Fitr holidays. They want the deadline changed from March 31 to April 30. KCCI Secretary General SMH Rizvi wrote a letter to the Director General Trade Organisation to request this extension. He noted that many businesses usually renew their memberships at the end of March. However, the Eid holidays start on March 29, which could create problems for businesses trying to meet the deadline. The KCCI believes that extending the deadline will help ensure that all members can complete the renewal process without issues. They are dedicated to supporting their members and want to make the renewal as easy as possible. In the letter, the KCCI urged the regulatory authority to respond quickly to their request for an extension.
