She revealed that her cancer grew again after stopping chemotherapy for alternative treatments. During a Q&A on her Instagram, she clarified that she is not in remission, as tumors remain in her left lung. Despite the challenges, Finlayson has been surprised by her recovery speed. She was able to move around one day after the operation. Kellie and her husband, Jeremy, recently celebrated their two-year wedding anniversary. Looking ahead, Finlayson is preparing to release a book in April titled "There Must Be More." She said she hopes her story will inspire others facing difficult times.
