Kirk Bondad competes for Philippines' first Mr. World title in Vietnam
Kirk Bondad will compete tonight in Vietnam for the Philippines' first Mr. World title. This contest marks the return of the male version of the Miss World pageant after a five-year hiatus since 2019. Bondad, appointed Mr. World Philippines in 2022, has previously excelled in other competitions. He is currently a Top 5 finalist for the "Top Model" award and leads in the "Best in National Costume People's Choice" online poll. He faces 59 other contestants, including Australia’s Lochian Carey and Puerto Rico’s Danny Mejia, who have already secured semifinal spots. The current Mr. World titleholder is Jack Heslewood, who won in 2019.
