Kota constables revive man collapsed from thrombosis

In Kota, two police constables saved a man's life after he collapsed on the road. Sunil Kumar Luthera, a 55-year-old man, was riding home on a scooty with his daughter when he suddenly fell unconscious. This incident happened around 4:45 PM on Wednesday. Head constable Mohammed Rafique and constable Niranjan Kumar were close by, having a tea break after their shift. They quickly performed CPR on Luthera for about 2-3 minutes, helping restore his vital signs. He had been bleeding from the mouth and was losing consciousness. After stabilizing him, the constables called for a vehicle to take Luthera to a nearby hospital. There, doctors treated him and confirmed that he was in stable condition. Luthera had suffered minor thrombosis. His wife thanked the constables for their quick action. She mentioned that Luthera had felt discomfort earlier that day but decided to go to work. When his condition worsened, he called his daughter for help.
