Kristin Cavallari has found a buyer for her renovated country estate in Franklin, Tennessee, listed at $8.9 million. The property went under contract nine months after she initially listed it for $11 million. Cavallari purchased the farmhouse for $3 million in April 2020 and completed an 18-month renovation. The estate features a large kitchen, multiple bedrooms, and a wellness retreat in the basement. This sale follows a price reduction of $1.05 million. Cavallari's decision to sell comes after her divorce from Jay Cutler was finalized in 2022.
