Kyle Richards considered mansion near Lisa Vanderpump in Beverly Hills
Kyle Richards recently showed interest in buying a mansion located just across the street from her rival, Lisa Vanderpump. Sources tell TMZ that Kyle looked at the 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home in Beverly Hills several times, even bringing her daughters along. Despite being close to Lisa's famous Villa Rosa, Kyle's motivation was not influenced by Lisa's presence. She reportedly loved the house itself. However, the property was sold for $6.9 million at the end of February, before Kyle could make an official offer. Lisa Vanderpump has been living in Beverly Hills with her husband, Ken Todd, since 2011. The mansion was previously owned by celebrities Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan but was sold after their divorce in 2021. In a statement, Lisa expressed surprise that Kyle was interested in such a nearby property. She mentioned she thought the house had already sold. Meanwhile, a representative for Kyle denied that she made any offer, stating that she decided against it due to safety concerns about the area. Kyle and Lisa's feud dates back to the controversial "PuppyGate" situation on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."
