Lady A's Charles Kelley announces second child due fall

Charles Kelley, a member of the country music group Lady A, and his wife Cassie are expecting their second child. They shared the news on Instagram, calling it the "biggest surprise of our lives." The baby is due in early fall 2025. The couple, who married in 2009, already have a 9-year-old son named Ward. In their announcement, they shared photos of their family, with Ward looking excited for his new role as a big brother. Kelley is the second member of Lady A to announce a family expansion this year. Hillary Scott recently shared that she and her husband are expecting their fourth daughter this summer. Dave Haywood and his wife have also welcomed their third child. Lady A last released an album in 2021 and performed recently at a televised event for the Grand Ole Opry. Kelley has also been sharing personal stories through his solo music, including his journey to sobriety.
