He explained that AI can detect cancer through blood tests and design vaccines tailored to individual tumors. Ellison spoke at a White House event with leaders from SoftBank and OpenAI. He highlighted the potential of AI in early cancer detection and rapid vaccine development as a significant advancement in healthcare. Additionally, Oracle, OpenAI, and SoftBank are launching a joint venture called Stargate. They plan to invest $100 billion over four years to build data centers in the U.S., creating over 100,000 jobs. The first data center is under construction in Texas.
