LDA approves building maps in Sushant Golf City

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will continue to approve building maps in Sushant Golf City without any delays. This assurance comes despite recent legal issues involving Ansal API. LDA Vice Chairman Prathamesh Kumar issued this directive to clear up confusion among plot owners. Gyanendra Verma, the additional secretary of LDA, stated that orders from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) will not impact map approvals. Some owners of freehold plots were worried that these legal troubles could slow down the approval process.
