Both players are now listed as questionable for the game after being sidelined for several weeks. LeBron James, who has been out for seven games due to a strained left groin, suffered the injury on March 8 against the Boston Celtics. Before his injury, James was having a strong season, averaging 25 points, 8.5 assists, and 8.2 rebounds over 62 games. He is one of only two players in the NBA averaging at least 25 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists this season. Rui Hachimura has missed 10 games because of left patellar tendinopathy. He last played on February 27 against the Minnesota Timberwolves and has averaged 13.3 points and 5.2 rebounds this season. The Lakers have had mixed results during the absence of these key players, going 7-5 without Hachimura and 3-4 without James. Their latest game was a loss to the Milwaukee Bucks, where several other players were also unavailable.
